Turn left onto Route 606 West and follow for about 4 miles. Turn right onto Route 208 West and follow for 2 miles. At the stoplight, continue straight for a short distance to another stoplight. Turn left onto Courthouse Road (Route 208 West). Continue on Route 208 through the stoplight at Spotsylvania High School. In 8 miles, turn right onto Route 601 Lawyers Road and drive for 3 miles. You'll see the state park sign on your left. By public transportation: Take the Amtrak Northeast Regional train to Fredericksburg, VA.
